If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you can contact us to discuss the issue. We will then make a decision on whether or not to issue a refund based on the following factors:

  • The product was wrongly delivered.

We do not offer refunds for the following reasons:

  • Change of mind.

  • Buyer's remorse.

  • Damage caused by the customer.

  • Items that are returned after the 7-day return period has expired.

If we decide to issue a refund, we will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how to return your item. Once we receive your item, we will process your refund within 10 business days.

International Returns: Customers returning items will be responsible for the cost of shipping the items back to Gemmere. The cost of shipping will not be refunded.
